The Promenade at Howard Hughes Center

The Promenade at Howard Hughes Center project consisted of a commercial, retail and entertainment complex anchored by a two level, mega-cinema and includes restaurants and entertainment retailers. Parking is in a parking structure to the west, which is connected to a subterranean parking garage under the cinemas and retail space and continues to a 7-level parking structure to the east. FBA provided Electrical Engineering, Architectural Lighting Design, Telecommunications Systems and Fire Alarm Design Services.
South Coast Plaza West
Location: Costa Mesa, CA
Size: 200,000 sq. ft.
The South Coast Plaza West project consisted of the design and construction of a total remodel of Robinsons-May and complete interior and exterior remodel of South Coast Plaza West including new lighting throughout, and the addition of an 800-foot-long pedestrian bridge. Robinsons-May was remodeled into a 3-level open mall area for new environment. The pedestrian bridge was added as a means of bridging South Coast Plaza and South Coast Plaza West, extending from South Coast Plaza West, and terminating at the Garden Plaza destination, designed by the world-renowned landscape designer, Kathryn Gustafson. The bridge provided a path for the interconnection of special communications and HVAC controls. FBA also, provided Electrical Engineering, Architectural Lighting Design, Telecommunications Systems and Fire Alarm Design Services.
The Village at Orange
Location: Orange, CA
Size: 850,000 sq. ft.
The Village at Orange project consisted of a commercial, retail and entertainment, enclosed mall complex with 48-stores and 13-restaurants, kiosk/cart space, and ground parking. FBA provided Electrical Engineering, Architectural Lighting Design, Telecommunications Systems and Fire Alarm Design Services.
